Life has been incredibly busy lately and I am having a problem getting to the gym. (enter excuses) It's hard to find a babysitter, it's hard to make time, it's difficult to blah blah blah.... However, I am doing the 30 day squat challenge. It is something quick & easy to do at home, during nap time etc. I am currently on day five and let me tell you, I can feel the burn! I'm excited to see results. I am also doing this Gymless workout on days I can't do C25k. It is really hard and right now I have to space it throughout the day but I am hoping I can work myself up to doing it all in one session. I know it may seem like I am going in about five different directions, but I do the squat challenge in the mornings, and if I am not able to do C25K, I do the Gymless workout, so really it's not that bad, I am just trying to do something productive during the day. I want this baby weight GONE! note to self: I really need a new Wii remote so I can do Zumba at my house again...
Goals last week:
Week 2 of C25K <-- barely, but I did it! Each week of c25k consists of three days and I did two days this week outside. It was not easy. I was actually dying both days. It's much harder to do outside than in the gym, so I'm probably going to keep doing it outside instead of going to the gym. The temperature around here is ranging from 90-95 everyday so I was definitely sweating my booty off but I'm pretty sure that's a good thing, right?
Goals this week:
Week 3 of C25K
One Zumba classLose 2 pounds...again...I'm not giving up! It's just making me push myself harder!

Stay motivated dear! One thing with baby weight is that it took the entire course of the pregnancy to put it on so taking it off would probably take just as long. Good luck with your weight loss goal.
ReplyDeleteThe gymless workout sounds the ah-mazing piece. Good luck mama!
ReplyDeleteWorking out with kids around is tough. Strong work getting stuff in, you're doing great. Be sure that you are eating ENOUGH calories. I know all too well that it is tempting to eat as little as you can make yourself and survive, but if you aren't eating enough your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to whatever it can. 1200 calories seemed to be my minimum before my body got all pissy. So I'd be careful of going too far below that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up, you might try linking directly to your post instead of to your blog. Some people (like me!) might not check it on Mondays, and then have to go looking for your post. Not the end of the world but it is easier if you link directly to your post :o). Have a good one!
